Customer Services Information

Our sales and customer services lines are open Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. Should you need to contact us out of these hours, you are more than welcome to leave a voice message on our messaging system and please remember to leave your full name, postcode and daytime contact number.  We promise to promptly respond to all calls and queries upon our return.

Important information to help you…

  • We fulfil all orders on a first come, first serviced basis. Should an item be sold out or temporarily unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of any changes made to your order.
  • Standard delivery is usually within 7 days of placing the order, if an items is out of stock on your order delivery can, on occasion, take up to 28 days, but we will always inform you of this as soon as possible.
  • Express delivery is within 2 working days of placing the order.

Waiting for your order to be delivered?

We work very closely with an independent courier UK Mail who endeavour to deliver our parcels to your homes safely and securely.

  • Our parcels are delivered between 9am and 5pm only on week days and require a signature on delivery. If you are unlikely to be home during these hours please ensure you leave ‘special instructions when placing the order online. The driver is able to leave the parcel with a neighbour or somewhere safe (i.e. in a porch, over the gate, in the shed) provided you are able to inform us before your order is dispatched.
  • If your order has been dispatched but you have yet to receive it, you can track it by calling UK Mail customer services on 08451 552 552.
