For a full refund or exchange after you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for a refund, provided it is within 7 days of receiving your order; confirmed on the date shown on the Invoice.
Want to return a unsuitable item?
Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging and in a
re-saleable condition within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
You can either:
- Use Dibor Collection Service
We are able to book a collection at a day convenient to you. It can be between 9 - 12 or 12 - 5pm. If you are not able to be certain of the times that you will be at the delivery address, the parcel can be left to be collected in a secure location. Please note, there is a fee of £6.00 to return any item that is not suitable.
- Take your parcel to the nearest Post Office and return by Royal Mail. Please note if you are returning a damaged or incorrect item, we will refund the postage costs you have incurred which will be visible on the Royal Mail sticker.
Received an incorrect item?
Dibor Collection on Delivery
We are able to immediately replace or exchange any item of your order that you have received incorrectly, is faulty or damaged. Please ring our Customer Services department on 01924 466544 to use this service.
Sale items
Please note, it is not possible to return an item bought in the sale, however we are happy to exchange it or add a credit to your account for anything you may wish to order in the future.
Received a damaged item?
Please ring our customer service head office on 01924 466544 to arrange for a replacement to be sent immediately.
Refunds for unwanted items
Refunds will only be made by the original method of payment. Once our returns department has received your order, we will refund the value of goods to your card and an authorised receipt will be sent by post.
Please note, it is not possible to return an item bought in the sale, however we are happy to exchange it or add a credit to your account for anything you may wish to order in the future.
