PLACING AN ORDER

How Do I register an account?

Creating an account with us is simple quick and easy. All you will need is a valid email address to register your account which will enable you to enjoy secure fast and enjoyable online shopping and exclusive online promotions and discounts.

Ordering online

How do I add items to my shopping basket?

To place an order online find a product you wish to purchase set the quantity to the number you would like to order using the + and – buttons and click “add to basket”. You can then either continue shopping for other items to add to your shopping basket or proceed to checkout to buy your items.

How do I use a promotional code online?

If you have received a promotional offer code you wish to use you can enter the code at the checkout. Click apply and the promotional code will then be added to your order.

How do I add gift wrapping to my order?

If you would like to have your order gift wrapped as a present at the checkout click the small box under Gift Wrap on the item you would like gift wrapped and select which gift wrapping you would like to add.

How do I place an order by telephone?

To place an order by telephone please contact our Customer Service team on 0800 408 0660 and let them know the product code for the item you wish to purchase.

How do I find an item from your catalogue on your website?

Each item in our catalogue is coded with a unique product code. These product codes can be entered into the search bar at the top of our website to find the product you are searching for.

How do I find the stock code for an item online?

To find the stock code for an item click on the Additional Information section below the product description. The stock code is listed as the products SKU.
