PLACING AN ORDER

How Do I register an account?

Creating an account with us is simple, quick and easy! All you need is valid email address to register your account, which will enable you to enjoy secure, fast, and enjoyable online shopping - and by signing up to our email newsletter, you can get exclusive first access to our constantly updated range of discounts, sales and offers.

 

Ordering online

How do I add items to my shopping basket?

To place an order online, simply select of number of items you wish to order and click "add to basket". You can then either continue shopping, or proceed to checkout to make your purchase.

How do I use a promotional code online?

If you have received a promotional offer code you wish to use, simply enter the code at the checkout. Click apply, and the offer will be added to your order automatically.

How do I add gift wrapping to my order?

If you would like to have your order gift wrapped, simply select 'gift wrap' under the item at checkout. You can then select which design of giftwrap you wish to use, and select a gift message. Please note some items are too large to wrap, and, as a result, the option isn't always available.

How do I place an order by telephone?

To place an order by telephone, please contact our Customer Service team on 0800 408 0660. Remember to get the product code for the item you wish to purchase!

How do I find an item from your catalogue on your website?

Each item in our catalogue is coded with a unique product code. Simply enter this product code into our search bar to find the product you wish to view.

How do I find the product code for an item online?

To find the product code for an item, click on the Additional Information section, below the product description. The stock code is listed as the products SKU.
