Easy ways to return

  • You are welcome to return all or part of your order to us, provided it is within 28 days of receiving your order.
  • Please, securely package the item to avoid damage during return – if possible, please use the original packaging.
  • Please include the completed returns form below.
  • Refund or exchange will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
  • Cost of return will be at your expense, unless otherwise agreed.
Collect plus

Collect + offers a simple and convenient solution for your returns from just £4.89. Simply book and pay for your return online by visiting http://www.dibor.co.uk/collect-plus.asp.
Print your label, attach the label below and drop your parcel at one of over 5,250 local corner shops open early ‘til late. You will be issued with a receipt and a tracking code to follow your return online.

If you are unsure of the weight of your order, please contact us for assistance before booking your return.
Repackage the goods, attach the address label below, and post from your nearest post office or courier of your choice. Please always obtain proof or postage.

In the unfortunate event that there is a problem with your order please return the product and include proof of postage – the return costs will then be refunded up to the maximum value of £6.00. If the cost is more than £6.00 please email returns@dibor.co.uk for further assistance.

A shopping credit will be issued in the event of returning a product purchased in the sale.

In the interest of hygiene, we regret to inform you that all cutlery is non-returnable. All electrical goods are covered under manufacturer’s warranty for a maximum of 12 months. The above policy does not apply to furniture. Please contact customer services for more information.
