We want you to be confident to purchase with us so if you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return any item for a full refund within up to 28 days of receiving the order.

 

We are happy to offer a refund should you not be 100% satisfied for any reason. Simply follow the instructions below to return an item.

Easy ways to return an item

To keep our returns as simple as possible for you we offer a range of options to suit anyone and any order. If there are any concerns please call our customer services team on 0800 408 0660.

 
  • You are welcome to return all or part of your order to us, provided it is within 28 days of receiving your order.
  • Simply fill in and include the completed returns form to allow us to quickly process your return.
  • Click here to get a returns form. Then print out the returns form, fill in the details and include the completed form in the return package.
  • We are happy to offer a refund or we can exchange the item and have a replacement with you as quickly as possible

Collect plus

Collect + offers a simple and convenient solution to return an item simply book your return online via the Collect+ website.
Print your label, attach the label below and drop your parcel at one of over 5,250 local corner shops open early ‘til late. You will be issued with a receipt and a tracking code to follow your return online.


Royal Mail

Royal mail are the perfect way to return light weight items, but if you are unsure of the weight of your order, please contact us for assistance before booking your return.

 

What to do if you have received an incorrect, damaged or faulty item?
