Important information to help you…

  • All orders placed during our holidays will be dispatched on Tuesday 3rd January provided all items on the order are in stock. It is really important to place your order as early as possible as stock is truly limited on many Winter Sale items.
  • We fulfill orders on a first come first serve basis and should any of the items on your order be sold out during our busy Winter Sale period we will get in touch with you immediately.
  • We work very closely with an independent courier UK Mail who endeavor to deliver our parcels to your homes safely and securely.
  • Our parcels are delivered between 9 and 5pm only on week days and require a signature on delivery. If you are unlikely to be home during these hours please ensure you leave 'special instructions when placing the order online. The driver is able to leave the parcel with a neighbor or somewhere safe (i.e. in a porch, over the gate, in the shed) provided you are able to inform us before your order is dispatched.

Waiting for your order to be delivered?

  • Please log in to your Dibor account and check the status of your order. If you have received a dispatch email confirming your order has left our warehouse, please clink on the link to track your order. If you have not received an email, you are able to speak directly with UKMAIL customer service team by calling 01484 722977. They will ask you for a consignment number in order to track your parcel. If you do not have a consignment number, you must inform them that you are tracking an order sent from Q RETAIL STORES LTD. Please have the full delivery address to hand before calling.
  • Recent weather conditions have delayed many orders being delivered on time and created huge backlogs in our courier depots. We sincerely apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused and hope you are able to get further information from your local depot by calling the courier customer service team on 01484 722977.

Wanting to return an item?

  • We will be unable to arrange collections of unwanted goods until the 4th January. This will be out of the 7days return policy but don't worry. During the festive period we certainly bear this in mind and simply request you either email us informing us of the return to customerservices@dibor.co.uk or leave a phone back request by dialing our customer service number on 08714 722 322 and selecting the relevant options. Please quote your order number and provide as
    much information as possible so we can find your account as quickly as possible on our return.
